Thanks for sharing your contributions to PM community in 2015. For us, becoming a member of projectmanagement.com and networking with fellow members, contributing to discussions, reading articles/posting comments, got to the level of creation of our own blog in projectmanagement.com is an achievement. Also created our blog http://theknowledgecatalysts.blogspot.in/ this year which helps the PMP/ACP/CAPM aspirants in their prep. Let us continue our contributions in 2016 and inspire more members.

Hello,

thx a lot for your kind words. Highly appreciated.
It is fun for us to work on a good looking design; but also we want to provide high quality content.
We are still in the beginning but planning lot of great stuff for 2016.

I.e. we have just released the very first and (as far as we know) absolut unique interactive "PMP Exam Preparation Checklist".

Please check it out here:

I had also a look on your blog and i like the unconventional way you provide your content,; really good work!

May be we could cooperate in some way?!

All the best for 2016!

Regards,

Markus

I moved from Project Management into the Project Management training sector and this has given me a broader and deeper understanding of the profession and knowledge base. I helped carve out a team building project management simulation which combines education and team building in one fun day. Its ideal for new project teams, tired projects needing a pick me up, and BAU teams that are frequently involved in projects but may not have formal knowledge.

Its interesting to know that you link education , team building. Yes, learning should be a fun activity enjoyable by both trainers and the trainees.

thx for asking:

i have founded

www.projectmanagement.plus

which will be a platform for all PMP aspirants (and all other PMI certifications as well).
We will offer several tools and oppurtunities to support the preparation efforts of all interested aspirants.
And furhter more this should become a platform for discussing all the projectmanagement topics (just in addition to pm.com ;)).

We will appreciate to see you there.

I would like to use the opportunitie to thank all the staff at pm.com for providing and running such an amazing website and community here.

Merry Christmas to all of you!

Regards,

Markus
HI Markus,

I see a lot of overlap with this community. What do you see being the key driver for this move and what is the major value add that your site delivers over PM.com?

Great work by the way!

I have recommended several members who are appearing to the exam an easy way to remember the process flow using the below video.

Elaboration of the Processes Flow of the PMBOK® Guide 5th Edition - this video on youtube by Ricardo, helps easy way to understand the processes flow. This should be the starting point.

The books 24x7 question bank ebooks from pmi membership, which explain the questions and the answers are the best to understand the PMP questions and how the answer has to be chosen are the second best material available from Pmp membership.

Helped my organization employees with the study sessions and way to prepare and use pmp best practices
Hi Sridhar,

Would you mind linking to the video? Sounds very interesting.

Congrats on all your success!

I became an active member of PMI and ProjectManagement.com, contributed, shared and learned and I joined ProjectManagement.plus and glad to be one of the first members (As far as I assume).
Rami,

Great to have you onboard! I joined late this year as well and have been sponging up all the great resources on this site. My contribution to the profession are pretty mediocre this year but i've been making good progress to some bigger things in 2016!

Happy holidays to everyone.

Thank you Steven - Likewise. Knowing professionals like yourself and our colleagues here adds lots of value from shared knowledge, expertise and networking. I am hopefully planning for more and more involvement as well.

I feel that the number of people who contribute compared to the network size is very minimal - Maybe we should work all together with the website admins to motivate people to contribute and be more active - Just an idea from the top of my head ....

Happy Holidays !

I think this is increasing in recent weeks, so long as there is engaging content. It's a matter of bringing those conversations forward. Your schedule discussion is one example, great topic. Some real gems.

2015 been the great year for me in Project Management area.
It started with Managing Upgrade project Independently from then options and search to manage projects with best approach brought me to PMI membership, Projectmanagement.com and ultimately ended up in doing PMP certification.
Helped and guided other colleagues for PMP preparation as well.
Thanks and Happy New Year to all.
