I've tried to hand over some Scrum experience to colleagues who are just picking up the first pieces. It showed me how much there is to explain to get the whole picture, not sure, whether I could show them the picture I had in mind.

Thank you Steven - Likewise. Knowing professionals like yourself and our colleagues here adds lots of value from shared knowledge, expertise and networking. I am hopefully planning for more and more involvement as well.

I feel that the number of people who contribute compared to the network size is very minimal - Maybe we should work all together with the website admins to motivate people to contribute and be more active - Just an idea from the top of my head ....

Happy Holidays !
I think this is increasing in recent weeks, so long as there is engaging content. It's a matter of bringing those conversations forward. Your schedule discussion is one example, great topic. Some real gems.

I moved from Project Management into the Project Management training sector and this has given me a broader and deeper understanding of the profession and knowledge base. I helped carve out a team building project management simulation which combines education and team building in one fun day. Its ideal for new project teams, tired projects needing a pick me up, and BAU teams that are frequently involved in projects but may not have formal knowledge.
Its interesting to know that you link education , team building. Yes, learning should be a fun activity enjoyable by both trainers and the trainees.
