Thank you Steven - Likewise. Knowing professionals like yourself and our colleagues here adds lots of value from shared knowledge, expertise and networking. I am hopefully planning for more and more involvement as well.

I feel that the number of people who contribute compared to the network size is very minimal - Maybe we should work all together with the website admins to motivate people to contribute and be more active - Just an idea from the top of my head ....

Happy Holidays !
That's a good suggestion Rami !

As the host of The People and Projects Podcast, I sought to find guests who could help practitioners improve our ability to lead and deliver. Finding a way to deliver free and helpful content in a way that is interesting and engaging remains a constant passion and challenge.
Thanks for sharing the Podcast link ! Nice work!

I've tried to hand over some Scrum experience to colleagues who are just picking up the first pieces. It showed me how much there is to explain to get the whole picture, not sure, whether I could show them the picture I had in mind.
Hope you are using mindmaps!

I love mindmaps. I'm kind of a visual tools addict. I mindmap everything. I did it for my Christmas prep...sigh...

You are welcome! Do you think you'll do the same for future certifications?
