Value contribution for Project Manager/Team

Hi fellow Ganttheads:

I have been wandering about this since weeks, we are a Project Centric company in IT Services field, my questions is about the percent value each component has on every touch point of the Project.

Starting from the beginning an external Project has following components:

Marketing
Sales
Admin
Project Management (the overall delivery of the Project)

I want to know if there is any metrics which can define how much percentage contribution each line item has for the Project. example Marketing 2%, Sales 7 %, Admin 3 %, Project Management 88%.
