According to 2015 Pulse of the Profession® report, Organizations that are highly agile and responsive to market dynamics complete more of their projects successfully than their slower-moving counterparts — 75 percent versus 56 percent.

My inquiry is :
How to take advantage from the benefit of agility and responsive to market dynamic in the construction projects which represent an explicit waterfall case ?

From my point of view is better talk about Lean instead Agile in the Construction sector.
