What system do you use in your organization for Knowledge Management / Sharing among all employees ? And how important is this for you as an employee (i.e. Does it add value to you as an employee?)

Your post location is not what bothers me, Rami

It's the fact that Projectmanagement.com artificially breaks down Discussions into distinct "categories": Project Management Central, Knowledge Management, Package Selection, ...

Why should you or I care where the post is located? If I was interested in discussion around Knowledge Management, I should simply put that in the Search and let the engine find the posts.
