MS Project Question--umbrella tasks

I'm trying to set up an umbrella task in Project 2000. I want it to start when the project starts, and end when the project ends. I have heard the term "hammock" for these tasks as well. I was able to do this in P3, but I can't figure it out in Project2000, nor can anyone I work with. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Paul,

I haven't been able to accomplish this either. I've worked around it with milestone tasks to indicate the project start and end dates. When you include these tasks under the umbrella task, the dates of the umbrella task reflect the start and end of the project.

Rich,

That seems to work, just what I was looking for. Thanks for the tip.
