I do not know how to exactly embed using HTML - I can create a Hyperlink on a word document then name it whatever I want to but when I copy and paste it, it will paste the original website address.
If I want to name the link:
Project Managers MBA-Economics
This will be more representable and neat but how can I either do a Hyperlink here with a customized name or HTML like Stephane mentioned.

constucting HTML links espacially with MS word is NOT recommonded since Word ads lot of unnecassary code ... it is not clean.
Follow Stephanes recommondation or may be use a HTML Editior like Notepad++ for constructing such links.

Thanks a lot - Yes I noticed that but I also tried to do Customized Names Hyper-links on word and copy and paste it to my blog, they did not work. The are copied as plain text or the show the whole original link - This is another issue other than the HTML.

It is working, I guess now I can create them only on the spot in the dialogue, not copy and paste. When I click on it it does not open a new window, it take me to the other website through the same window. Is there a way to make it open a new window ?
