Can anyone tell me how to prevent Estimated Work Hours from changing when entering Actual Work hours for a resource in Project Server?

For example: I estimated that Richard would work 172.5 hours in November. But Richard actually worked 150 hours. I enter 150 hours under Actual Work Hours and the Estimated Work Hours changes to 150. I need that number to remain as 172.5 so that at the end year and I'm reporting projected vs. actuals - I can have a record of what was initially estimated.

One possible solution I thought about was creating a Baseline Work Hours.

Please let me know if any additional information is needed.
