Hello Fellow PMs,

I would like to take this opportunity and convey "A BIG THANK YOU" to my fellow PMS who is making my professional life go smooth by providing valuable tips,sharing their experiences.

I strongly believe the 80-20% rule - we can learn only 20% on our own and 80% from others experiences.

I am not exaggerating that projectmanagement.com became one of the must-to-visit website everyday for me and it is because of great people like you who is sharing their experiences and making the project management grow bigger and better.

We all learn everyday Bala and this is the main purpose of this community. Share accrued expertise, discuss, build on each other knowledge, learn.

I am glad you feel this way about this community because I feel exactly the same and always happy and glad to share and learn.

thx for this great posting. I could underline it thick.

I was a member since years, but not very active until beginning of 2015 (for many reasons).
But than i dive in deeper along with my PMP preparations which i did in august last year.
And espacially since a few weeks i recognize a really great dynamic and engagement here what depends on some individuals i do believe. You are one of these, Rami for sure is another one and there are some others.

Along with the announcements made by the administrativs here i would say, we could expect a very exciting 2016 all together.

we always try to motivate our team members but we forget that we also need motivation :-) and energy to keep the ball rolling.

I am just trying to do that and make this projectmanagement.com a great place to be part of.
