my actual tasks are:
refreshing voice recording infrastructure for one of our customers - project management
designing PMO-blue print to future use as a template for projects in our non-mature legal entities - PMO consultant
preparation for PBA certification
application as a PMI Volunteer
moderating the biggest and most active PMP-related LinkedIn group
working on my personal PMP/PMI-certification related web-site project
conducting some PMP prep material stuff for use on my web-site and also as support for others
and last but not least being active here on pm.com ... ;) Saving Changes...
I am working on some forthcoming training courses, going to be busy the whole first quarter of 2016 in PgMP, PfMP, PMI-PBA, PMI-ACP and definitely PMP trainings. For next quarter I will be adding PMI-RMP and PMI-SP to the list. I am also working on writing a book on PMI-PBA while I prepare my paper on Lean-Agile Leadership to be read at Barcelona, Spain in PMI Global Congress, EMEA 2016.
