I've been a project manager for over 20 years but have never taken the cert test. I'm looking for a training program to prepare me for the cert test. Any suggestions?

Hi William,
If you are talking about the PMP exam, IMHO training program would help but won't be enough alone, it will give you a good idea and give you the required PDU's but you have also to study the PMBOK, another resource like Rita Mulcahy's Book for example and solve simulation exam questions.
In term of courses, there are some online courses offered by PMI partners and you can check them out at PMI website. As for how and what to study, the below links might help you get a better idea:
PANKAJ KUMAR JOSHIGeneral Manager| Transrail Lighting LimitedNainital, Uttrakhand, India
You can take training from any REP nearby you for 35PDUs and read PMBOK. Important part is to practice and give a lot of tests which are available online (paid and free). Saving Changes...
Rita Mulcahy's PMP Prep Material can be instrumental but you must also take a class. Saving Changes...
