I work in the PMO for a medium-sized company, and we've just implemented TeamPlay as our corporate PM tool. We're all going through training, which is great, but I would like to purchase a good reference book to keep at my desk for this software package. Does anyone know of a good TeamPlay reference book, other than the material that comes with the software itself? Thanks. Saving Changes...
Joe: My company is in the process of evaluating PM tools and I have been tasked to head up a product evaluation and report on it in mid-February. We are currently using MS Project to a limited degree and are looking at the Project Central features. Primavera is on my list to evaluate as well, and I would be interrested in hearing from you why you selected Primavera. Thanks. Saving Changes...
Kimball, I just started with this company and I wasn't involved in the selection process for PM Tools, so I'm not sure what factors were evaluated during the selection process. However, I can definitely tell you that TeamPlay is EXTREMELY robust and powerful. It is definitely worth taking a look at during your evaluation. I'm sorry I don't have any specific information about the criteria used during our selection process. Good Luck! Saving Changes...
Hi, this is Tina. I have a different question. The company I work for is in the market for a (certified preferably) Teamplay trainer/project manager. The company has already gone through implementation but would like to have someone on staff to be a subject matter expert and administrator. Know someone that would like to come to Michigan?
