All of us consider the ethical behavior like the basis of business but: why are the key elements which allow to declare it?

Why or What? I hope you mean WHAT. There is no compromise on ethics. There is nothing to consider or to be flexible about ethics in a project. You have to be ethical and no factors would allow any deviation from the ethical values.

thanks Suhail, correctly my intention was to write what. Amended.
Concerning your comment I fully agree with it. My question, probably not correctly expressed due to my bad English, is: the Ethics must be the basis of business, this is due for several reasons, first of all for moral ones, but which are in your opinion the most important?
thanks

Ethical Values in an organization must be part of their culture and must be carefully groomed.

Fosco, referring to PMI Code, in my opinion one of most important ethical factor to take into account is Responsibility. Inside this value (responsibility) you can find aspects such as "Project manager should accept only those assignments that are consistent with his/her background, experience, skills, and qualifications" and (in addition) "He/she should fulfill the commitments that he undertakes". I use "should" bacause these axpects are considered by PMI as Aspirational standard but they should be mandatory :(
In effetti, based on my experience, those who neglet these aspects don't do what they say to know doing so their projects waste many resources and money subtracting them to other valid initiatives.
In my opinion, it is terrible nowadays because available resoures are few!
