I'm new to this web site. Many of the documents/templates that I am able to download are coming as a picture file or some odd format. Is there a way to designate a useable format for the document t

Hi Tim,

Every document is available in different format. Some in PDF, Word or Excel snd if you have premium membership, you get access to all templates available. I am not sure what is happening when you download but so far I had no issues.

Give me a link here (Copy/Paste) for a document you tried to download and came up in odd format then let me try to download it and will let you know of the outcome and solution, if any.

Hi Tim,

in addition what Rami already mentioned i would like to say that, if you are already a PMI Member, than link you accounts, cause the premium membership here on pm.com is already included in the PMI anual fee.

Regards,

Markus

Tim,

Are there specific documents you are trying to open and having difficulty with? It may be that you've just associated the file extension with a program unable to properly open that document type, but it's hard to say without seeing the specific problem you're encountering. Send me a PM if you need any assistance.

As an example, when I try to download a simple Deliverable named Activity List Template, all I get is an advertisement for a book with out the actual template link that I can locate anyway . It is probably just my unfamiliarity with the website at this point. Sometimes I get a picture of a report or template. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Tim

Tim,

There should be a download link in the upper right corner of the page content for that deliverable. It's a blue button with the word Download on it. This is only accessible if you have a Premium membership in this case, which you would have automatically if you are a PMI member in good standing and have your PMI membership associated with your ProjectManagement.com account.

OK. Thanks for the information. I'll make sure that my PMI membership is linked correctly and be sure to look for the download option. I appreciate everyone's help and reaching out to assist.

Thanks
Tim

You're welcome and if you still have issues, we are here to help. As long as you have PMI membership, you can almost have access to everything on this website.

Hi Tim - please reach out to [email protected] if you are having any difficulties connecting your accounts. The majority of the deliverables are open only to PMI members. Thanks for asking!
