I have not personally taken part in any Toastmasters International events, but I had the recent opportunity to help a class of students from my business school alma mater prepare for interviews. Of those, one individual stood out for his confidence, storytelling ability, and capacity to exude strength of character without an ounce of bravado. The fact that English was his third language only added to my high appraisal. of-course it's very useful. It really brings out the hidden potential from your inside. you have to give a prepared speech on your selected topics, sometimes they give a topic in the spot and ask to you talk about that for a min or 2 min.
