My department has recently merged with another development group and we are trying to align working practices. We are at the start of our performance management cycle and I want to come up with 3 or 4 generic objectives by job function (PM, Analyst, Developer, Tester). These should cover project focus, delivery, working within the development 'community' and lastly working in the wider IT community.
