Well, it would be great to know the coach and even the trainer may be ... in general i would go with my fellow posters here and choose option 2 since a intensive one-on-one coahcing is mostly more valuable since a straight front teacher training ...
But if you know that the coach is really bad and the trainer is great ... well, that would change my opinion here ... ;)
