Stakeholder relationship comes from stakeholder analysis, as rightly said by Pankaj. Also, the practical approach that helped me build a good stakeholder relationship is building a trust by responding to issues and queries in very polite ,professional and quick way. Some times discussion on personal life (like vacation, hobbies, etc) also helps to build relation. After all stakeholder relationship is another form of human interaction but in professional manner.
