Before to answer my question I would like to explain what i define Humility: I don't consider the humility with a negative meaning (feeling inferior to others and have little self-esteem) but as the serene awareness of our limits - seen as something natural and characteristic of all human beings - and their quality - seen as equally natural and present in all people - as well as the ability and opportunity to learn from everything and everyone.
I think that, in this meaning, humility is an important strength for a leader because allows to connect better whit other people and allows to identify the most important characteristics and qualities of others.
Do you agree with my consideration? and, if you don't agree, for which reason?
Thanks

Humility is concerned with what is right. With humility a PM can let the team imbibe on a culture of cohesiveness and team first. This is nothing but a great exhibition by the PM of a Team Building Activity thereby increasing the probability of executing a successful project.
thanks Aejaz, good example and i agree with it Saving Changes...
