There are lots of apps out there making it easier for employees to collaborate online, like Slack and Asana, but looks like Facebook is gunning for their share of this market with their new Facebook for Work platform:
I've just seen Facebook at work app in a friend's mobile phone. No words.
As an IT member I've worked in a lot of different environments, with a different collaboration tools, but Facebook, fotos, videos in streaming...phew!
As Sergio said, information is power and I have a lot of concerns if I'll be a CIO of one of these companies I'll have serious doubts, after pay $3,00 per user what the people will share in this tool, or the security that I should apply.
Let's see if in some years my opinion about this topic will change, but for the moment and with only a fast look to the app, I will not buy it. Saving Changes...

Rami, sharing photos of the different phases of the constructions, streaming videos about security at work...
If Mark Zuckemberg want to sell it in your sector...he will do. :)

We'll see. Maybe smaller organizations that can more easily trend with the latest and greatest will try it out, but I don't see larger enterprise organizations coming anywhere near it.

Andrew, if you have the opportunity take a look to Bryans link, selecting "Stories" tab, you'll see big WW companies.

Brian, I have used both Slack and Asana. They work great on teams; but I am not sure if people would use a Facebook version. Facebook's branding is not seen as a tool for business (eventhough the name of this tool is called workplace). It would have to catch on for people to use it. Saving Changes...
