I may attend an essencial meeting outside country with our prospective consaltants, so I solicit any advice for such events. bear in mind, that they will replace other consultants.

-Be clear and precise in your requirements.
-Evaluate the consultant properly using your expert judgement.
-Keep everything within the professional business circle.
-Be honest as to why you sre meeting with them and that they will replace others.

1.Set the expectations clearly and the roles and responsibilities.
2.You may want to explain few details about the organization,project if it is permitted in your organization or you think it is the right time to do so.

Rami has clarified everything. As you are talking about a possible replacement, You must go through the reasons for replacement and before meeting prepare a checklist to select the new one.
