We've been looking for a programme, project and planning tool that can support a volative operating environment. Hydra seemed to be a good fit to our needs. We have used MS Project with Project central before, but this lacks flexibility and the scheduling options are really weak. We also have experience with Welcom Open Plan, but although the planning, costing and resource options are really excellent, it views projects in isolation and is not really suited for matrix organisations.
Hydra really seems to provide us with the features we need, but we need some references to back up - or refute - our gutfeeling.
In short: does anyone have experience with Hydra and what are the pros and cons? Saving Changes...
