I would work to develop your own materials. Outside of that, partner with someone who has their own materials and use those as the basis for your instruction. It's not enough to simply disseminate content generated by others - anyone can do that. You need to find a way to add your own value to the transaction.

Agree with Eric and add

Experience - expertise - passion - ability to get the message across.

First do following question with yourselves:

Do I like to give presentations?
Do I like to coach the team?
Do I like questions?
Do I really want to be an instructor?
____________________etc.

Second: You should read the content of PMBOK and other PMP resources very carefully and make own slides. You can take reference of various material available online but be creative and develop own style.

Third: Contact any REP or any college and start voluntary work to learn.Build contacts in companies, colleges and start giving free sessions.

Final: Start delivering and experiencing .............

As a PMO responsible I was standing right before my first mission to train PM staff some time ago. I totally agree with Eric, Mounir and Pankaj, it is not a good way to gather material and blend it. It can be a copyright issue by the way. Nevertheless, after you get your answers to the questions of Pankaj, ask yourself what kind of approach you have. Doing just slides by repeating PMBoK does not add value for your audience. Everyone has to understand PMBoK and/ or Rita, so my advise is to go through knowledge areas and give examples of your experience or PM-Stories you like. Give them an idea of the overall concept of PMI instead of just quoting parts of PMBoK.
