Looking for some honest feedback on my webinar yesterday.

I just delivered my first ever webinar on ProjectManagement.com (Are you and Agile Project Manager or an Agile Project Leader? And Why does that question matter?).

If you were kind enough to sit through it, I'd love some feedback. What did you like? Not like? What grabbed you? What did you think was the best takeaway? I have some additional events lined up for this presentation (and also plan to include it as a module in one of our courses) so I want to do better the next time I deliver it which will be on the 22nd at a PMIOVOC lunch event. Thanks!

Hi Lawrence,

I happen to attend this webinar offline and I liked the context of value - that it is a feeling and perception and not a calculation. I was intrigued to the point that I bought a copy of your book and plan to read it in the next couple of weeks.

The webinar was great overall - if we could add more examples of how a traditional PM manages certain situations vs how an Agile leader would act and why, would perhaps be of a great value to the audience. Real life examples are easier to reinforce slightly abstract concepts.

But all in all, great webinar - content and presentation.

Thank you for your feedback - much appreciated!

I am in the process of writing a ten pager (more or less) describing the framework in my book as part of doing a white paper with Scrum.org to meld it with their Nexus Framework. I'll send you a copy when it's available.
