Michael, I searched Amazon and found nothing. The process I have used in the past begins with the appointment of the primary application beneficiary as the head of the group. Then working collaboratively with that person a set of objectives are drafted for the group and the application that are aligned and supportive of the company's business objectives and strategies. Next, the members are identified. Each must have an important stake in the application and must represent a key stakeholder group. Once that is done a kick-off meeting is held to review the group's charter and to begin the process of continuously improvement. Saving Changes...
