If you have experience evaluating, selecting and implementing enterprise project management software solutions, please provide insights, compare/contrast, and/or offer pros and cons of going with a solution provided by one vendor (Niku, Planview, Primavera, etc.) with that 'assembled' from multiple vendors (ie, Business Engine plus MSProject plus Innate). Rather than discuss the ins and outs of various tools, I suggest you follow a package selection methodology based on the specific needs of your client and have the package selection process drive out the answer.
