I've just implemented a Mututal fund dealership system, and am attempting to get project closure. I'm struggling with defining system acceptance criteria for stability and performance. What is acceptable? 99% availability? instant response, 5 second response? 15 minute mean time to recovery? I know, I know, we should have defined this at the start of the project, but... Jeff, I would use this opportunity to develop service level agreementwith the key stakeholders of the system. I would start by forming a user group and have them collaborate with you on the key metrics for support.
