I am being tasked with creating metrics for the team that we are setting up in our Business Unit. The team will be handling Messaging Migrations like - Exchange to Office 365 , Lotus Notes to Office 365 and many others. I am not sure where to start off with. The challenges are that the team will be working in 24/7 schedule, so the work of one team member will be passed across to another during the shift handover.
