during a cross cultural negotiation there can be different sensitivity to time. Do you think that this sensitivity is connected with personal cultural environment of the participant?
In the affirmative case what sensitivity to time is peculiar in your country?
Many thanks for your comments

he has 7 cultural dimensions, one of them explicitely how a culture looks at time (sequential vs synchronous). i normally prefer hofstede with 6 dimensions, but time is not one of these.
cultures that differ in dimensions strongly will perceive the other culture as violating norms.
