We have gone through 3 Oracle to SAP migrations in the past year and have created training documentation. We do not have a training group in our organization. The training has been done by IT and the business. We are looking for a better solution. Thank you for your reply.
Did you look under the Training section of this community? There is quite a variety of training vendors that you can contact. They can help you figure out your requirements against what is available out there.

I did look but it's all project management training. I'm looking for a solution that will take help us to train when we migrate new users into our SAP environment. Along with JDA and Hyperion Planning. Thank you for your reply.
Have you identified the "Content" that is needed for each business function? As you have probably realized, this is not a situation where "one size fits all".

Rhonda, based on your training needs, a different (JDA, Hyperion) forum is what you may need to get some input?
On this site also, you could tag your question with the IT practice area and see if anyone has any additional input
