For software and non-software products I allways have used options to make things more agile regardless of the project life cycle. In my case testing starts from requirements specification and continue with each deliverable we create from requirements. While most of the time the agile development method/methodology you use really impact onto each process step the project live cycle that gave more result to me is the V process. Talking about the stakeholders, in my case, it was very usefull to me to engage and maintain the stakeholders engaged. Hope it helps. Saving Changes...
