Hi there,

Recently the PMP certification program was changed. Now it's based on PMBOK 2000, available in PMI's web site, including profissional conduits knowledge.
Question:

Who was did the new PMP exam?
What the difference between the last and the new exam?

The differences between the exams reflects primarily:

1 The differences between the PMBOK 1996 edition and the PMBOK 2000 edition. The chapter on project risk management was significantly revised. The PMBOK 2000 itself describes the changes between the two versions.

2 Professional responsibility. PMI's website provides information about this topic, such as the Code of Professional Conduct. Take a look at the Certification section of PMI's website, www.pmi.org

I took the new PMP exam in early March and it reflected what I expected; in other words, the questions required a good understanding of the PMBOK 2000 edition, professional responsibility, and general project management experience.

Hope this helps.
