Last months was dedicated to ethics behavior. I think that ethics element is fundamental for project success and should be applied in every aspects in particular when we interact with other people.

thanks Saurabh for your answer. May you detail more the affirmation number 4?
1. Listening is the key of effective communication, it is to respect other person's model of world. 2. The meaning of communication is the response we get. So we have to change our communication method if we do not get desired response. Can be iterated till desired response. 3. There is no resistant client, only inflexible communicator. Introspection is the key if anybody refuse to communicate with us. 4. Success of project is determined by the quality of communication. 5. We can not NOT Communicate. Being mute also we communicate at lot. No need to be wordy.
Mostly Introspection, Self Audit, and Self-Control will make communication effective and ethical.

The key thing is that you should have the right attitude toward the communication subject and communication object. You must be an ethical person to be able to communicate ethically. Not only communicate but also think and do.
