In a previous discussion I posted some comments and question about the relationship between ethical code (personal or from organization) and negotiation. though this discussion I'd like to move the theme toward other scenario.
Considering that negotiation can be affected by unexpected scenarios; do you think that it is needed to define some ethical rules at the beginning of this one?
please note that I don't talking about ethical rules defined between the parts but about rules that YOUR part define (which should be based on YOUR ethical code)
