ENTP Advice

Like many people who fit into the Myers - Briggs ENTP category, I have trouble finishing projects.

I am at the beginning of my project management career with about 3 years experience behind me, all of which has been learned in fast paced RAD teams with little structure. My skills are best at the beginning of a project, particularly in Strategic development and scoping. Towards the end though, I lose focus and wonder what there is for me to do. My mind wanders to other things and I find it difficult to stay motivated.

I would like to move toward a specialisation in Strategy for the consulting company I work for, but I realise that I have to get 'runs on the board' with full life cycle in order to do this.

Has anyone had similar experiences and if so, how dod you manage them? Are there any books i can buy, or articles I can read in order to assist me in this problem?

Thanks for your help
