I am not sure whether it will work with those types of email services (nor am I up to date on the cost model), but I use X1 Search software to index and manage the enormous quantity of emails I receive, and that people continue to request from me, although we have excellent enterprise document and records management programs from which the information is also available. I believe it was under $50 US when I purchased, and at that time was not an annual subscription. It is an excellent product for me, and makes me appear highly efficient, while also reducing my frustration in searching for things from 5 years ago, which I only vaguely remember.
Good luck. Saving Changes...

I use gmail and simply unsubscribe from as many unnecessary recurring emails as possible to focus in on what I really want/need. If I get an email twice which I deem to not be important, I unsubscribe all immediately. I've never been disappointed about unsubscribing after the fact :) Saving Changes...

I agree with Patrick. I'd add that Gmail has a very powerful search engine which turns out to be very useful and convenient. Saving Changes...

I typically close down the previous year PST sometime after April as I don't usually necessitate to retrieve emails that far back Saving Changes...
