Upgrade to 7.0.x, in a word disaster.... Siebel sold the goods, a Siebel partner was brought in, after 8 months and two additional upgrades,to 7.0.3(unbudgeted but told needed to solve problems), to 7.0.4 (again unbudgeted but told needed to solve problems). Finally killed project.
