Primavera P3e vs. ???

I'd like a quick rundown on the pros and cons of Primavera P3e. What is comparable to it and is there something else out there better and why?

It does not support Critical Chain-based project management, which, in my opinion, is a "con."

In order to support that methodology, I like Scitor's PS8.

Primavera P3 is an outdated software. You can prefer Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
