We are implementing a new GL, AP and FA system at the bank here in Texas. We have reviewed current business process and defined the business policies within the system and now I want to present this to the sponsors for sign off. Does anyone have any goods ideas from a past experience how to present this volumous detail to the sponsors in a shortened form for sign off.
