Hi, Sorry to hear that. But next attempt will be successful. I think you should start with identifying root cause of your failure.

Noor pl try Rita's book and also try to develop a master sheet for the processes, process groups and knowledge areas
Please go through the PMBOK and try to highlight main pts on each page.
During the next revision just read the highlighted points
Prep a quick reference guide for formulas used in PMBOK
These are few tips which are slow and time consuming but a likely to result in a successful attempt.
Remember when you are getting 80 percent in practice exam then book yourself for PMP. Saving Changes...

Hi Noor,
Although everyone has a different style of preparing for the exam, nevertheless it always helps to know how others studied for their exam.
I personally feel that no particular book can guarantee exam pass in the first attempt. Passing an exam is heavily dependent on 'how' an individual prepares.
As for me, I focused heavy on attempting lots-n-lots of mock questions from the internet and the REP where I enrolled for the education program. (Not all mocks on the internet are up to the mark, though). During the mocks I would note down specific (scary) topics where I knew I couldn't fare well. After the mock I would go back to the specific topic and study what I has missed the first time. It worked for me in the sense that over a period of time, it helped me revise and take control of most of the topics. It worked for me, and under all probabilities would work for anyone. Again depends on an individual's study style.
Further I realized that numerical questions comes from a finite list of topics that one can target during preparation... Specific area where you can guarantee yourself a right answer. I practised those in terms of formula understanding and their use. Mock questions helped me check if I had polished them enough.
And please remember, success after struggle / failure tastes better than one without them.
All the very best. Saving Changes...

I am sorry to hear about not passing the exam. Do not give up! I do not recommend memorizing ITTOs. I do recommend UNDERSTANDING all the processes where there will be no need to memorize. Take many practice exams. I agree with Sergio when you are able to reach his recommended accuracy on passing the mock exams. You are definitely ready.

@Noor: How is your preparation going on? I am sure you are benefited by tips & advice provided by the masters above. Let us know once you pass. Note that success always starts with failure.
At exam - try to answer from PMBOK perspective, read the question, look for any special words, like - usually, not, assess, determine, research, investigate, etc., don't rush in selecting correct answer, always follow the process framework.
