Some PDUs not showing up on PMI - Why?

I've been doing webinars in preparation for re-certification and most of the PDUs have shown up a day or so later on the PMI site. However I currently have 4 courses which have not shown up on PMI yet the ones taken before and after have already appeared on the PMI claims list.

Is there a specific reason why certain webinars might take longer to process?

I know for a while, some of the webinars were classified differently, Tom. Some were category A and others C.

One of the two category would automatically submit, while the second required for you to manually submit.

I haven't hit one of the manual submission lately but it might still be around. Go to each webinar and read the instructions around PDU obtention. It should tell you if you need to submit them.

Hello Tom,

have you checked the "PDU awarded" section in your account? Sometimes the vids do break up early or whatever and the system doesn't recognized them 100% perfect. Look for the vids that are not recorded 100% and watch them again.

Regards,

Markus

Approximately three maybe four weeks ago, the batching was impacted and as a result delayed for in excess of two weeks. I trust most if not all frequent webinar users may have been impacted by this as was I. I sent emails to projectmanagement.com support and my missing webinars where immediately batched and posted within 24 hours. I hope this helps in your case.

Thanks for all the replies. The "missing" PDUs have finally showed up on the PMI website. Just a bit worried as I was running out of time to get things completed for reneal.

Yes, they can take awhile. Some get posted right away and others -- well, they get there. I have yet to see a failure to get the credit.

Thank you for the information John. I had put a reminder to check my PDUs on my calendar for Friday, and was going to start badgering as I had noticed some were lagging. I checked and they are now present and accounted for.

Good afternoon everyone! I attended the PMI Agility Conference (online) several weeks ago. I have received PDUs for four of the six webinars...Is anyone else experiencing any PDUs from the conference?

As Markus mentioned earlier, check the PDU's awarded under your account and it will show you the exact status.

Rami,

I see a webinar status as '60% complete'. Although, I watched from start to end. Any idea, what's the reason, how to get it accounted?

Thanks
