I've been doing webinars in preparation for re-certification and most of the PDUs have shown up a day or so later on the PMI site. However I currently have 4 courses which have not shown up on PMI yet the ones taken before and after have already appeared on the PMI claims list.
Is there a specific reason why certain webinars might take longer to process? Saving Changes...
PDU's awarded have been taken time to show in our dashboards, maybe because PDU revision is taken slowly due to Coronavirus situation Saving Changes...

Attended the live PMI Virtual Experience Series – Drawing a Map to the Future: A Deep Dive in Business Analysis on 12th November but no PDUs have been reported. Also did several of the breakout sessions on-demand following the event and those haven't been reported either. Does anyone know if there is a delay in batching these?

My experience is that it usually takes just a few minutes for them to show up in my claim history, but depending on your previous claims status, some PDUs might not be applied. For example, if you have renewed already and your next cycle hasn't started yet, it won't apply the PDUs. If they don't show up in your claims history, then I'd get in touch with PMI customer care.

This is not normal. Usually immediately after submitting, you should see those in the record as submitted and receive an email that PDUs were submitted for each credential they apply.
Sometimes due to some glitches, it doesn’t go through so I suggest you try resubmitting them and if it didn’t work, then touch base with customer care.
