Some PDUs not showing up on PMI - Why?

I've been doing webinars in preparation for re-certification and most of the PDUs have shown up a day or so later on the PMI site. However I currently have 4 courses which have not shown up on PMI yet the ones taken before and after have already appeared on the PMI claims list.

Is there a specific reason why certain webinars might take longer to process?

As Markus mentioned earlier, check the PDU's awarded under your account and it will show you the exact status.
Rami,

I see a webinar status as '60% complete'. Although, I watched from start to end. Any idea, what's the reason, how to get it accounted?

Thanks

It happens sometimes when you leave your station for a while or your listening without watching.

Hi Amit - If you're missing PDUs, please reach out to [email protected] with the title of the webinar(s) as well as the date you viewed. They will investigate and assist. Thank you!

Hello everyone, is anyone having problems with PDUs not showing up on on demand webinars. I have never had this problem before but now my time's running out for renewal and I am bothered. Can anyone guide me on what to do please.

Hi Oluwatosin - Typically the PDU auto-reporting process takes 48-72 hours, however we ask that you always allow 7-10 business days processing time as delays do occasionally occur. With the PMXPO event on 26 March we are now in the process of auto-reporting hundreds of thousands of PDUs. As you can imagine, it's going to take a bit of time. We're still shooting for the 7-10 business day time frame, but if that happens to change, we'll let everyone know!

Thanks!

Thank you so much for your response. I am just worried because it usually shows up for me immediately, but this didn't and I have just 5 days left now for renewal. Do you think there's anything that can be done

We're going to try our best to have them completed by early next week, but there are no guarantees.
