There are many webinars available on this site. Check the webinars page. You can also sign up for some of the newsletters here which will given an update of upcoming webinars.
Once you register for a webinars you will get a notification with a link to join.

There are lots of webinars available. For example, there are a lot held by software vendors, so take a look at the websites of a couple of suppliers and see if there is anything you can sign up for. You might have to join their mailing list to get notifications. I know that Simplilearn, Wrike, ProjectPlace have regular webinars and I'm sure there are lots of others.

Hani - as others have indicated, you can sign up for the live webinars and you will be sent a link to join. You can also join right from the webinar page on ProjectManagement.com There is not any specific software to download or any special requirements. There are also on-demand webinars available which you can join and launch right from the webinars page. You can sign up for any of the virtual events that we offer as well and these are listed on our Events page.

If you are a premium member here or a PMI Member in good standing, you can have access to all webinars and they are categorized per practice area and PMI triangle. It is the second icon on the left from the very top row.

Yes,I did get the link to access the virtual webinar in question.
Regarding the on-demand webinars, I did not have a problem accessing them.
I have already accessed a lot of registered events.
