Everybody knows about the importance of FEL (front-end loading) in any Project, mainly in industrial megaprojects. The requirements and precise specifications will be fundamental to the success of the project. A good FEED (Front End Engineering Design) is the base for good contracting and execution of the project. In this context, I would like to know if anyone of you heard about the use of GTD (General Technical Description), as a good practice, instead the FEED in industrial projects. I appreciate your comments about this subject.
