Thanks for sharing. When I work with companies that are focusing on increasing their business agility, the very first thing I evaluate is culture. Agility can not exist if the culture is adverse to change. I have tag lined the phrase - CaBC (Change as a Business Capability). When organizations begin to understand and adopt Change as a business capability, it unleashes unlimited productivity and growth potential. There is so much information on agility (often misguided) but it can all come down to three things - Culture, Change, and Responsiveness! Saving Changes...
