Dear Bala and John,

My very sincere suggestion before attempting PMI-ACP, Exam. I have just cleared my exam on 21-03-2016. This exam is not what I expected. Though I gone through all the Book materials referred in PMI.org website helped me understand the theoretical knowledge about Agile and also I took lot free online tests and some of Exam preparation books for question banks will helped me reinforce Agile Methods but in real exam scenario is totally different.

Only all our real time exposure helped me a lot. Questions are tough, all answers are mostly similar for all questions. So I took very deep understanding of each questions and answered. Finally when I got to see "Congratulation..." message I was so happy....

Real time exposure helps lot....

Because you stated above Gnana is because I wrote before that people need real practical expertisse in the agile software development field to pass the exam. People have to have real practical experience in SCRUM, XP, DSDM, and project management inside agile software development environments. If not, the probability to fail the exam is higher. But it is a probability.

Sergio, in my humble opinion, nothing will supersede experience as if I read your reply in the above correctly, is exactly what you are stating.

I found the PMI-ACP test to be *much* easier than the PMP exam. After your prep course (I used the Project Management Academy and they were good), one week of reviewing the materials should be enough. I had my CSM certification prior to the ACP, and I found the CSM training helped a lot in passing the ACP since there is so much SCRUM in the ACP exam. But really, take a prep course then spend a few hours with the materials and you should be all set.
