What exactly do you mean by organizational agility, you say it is misunderstood (yes, agree). You can find many definitions out there, e.g.
- the capability to rapidly change or adapt in response to changes in the market or environment (latter is also related to resilience)
- the capacity to identify and capture opportunities more quickly than rivals do Saving Changes...

You took my sence Thomas. Thank you very much for your comments. I was part of the USA DoD NSF/Agility Forum and after that I lead seventh initiatives about that. So, while I can answer to you I'd like that people make some research about that looking on USA DoD NSF/Agility Forum results or Mr. Rick Dove work named "Response Ability" which contains the seminal work about organizational agility.
