Hi Lynette, In my experience the percentages are very dependent on the methods and tools being used. As a general rule of thumb however I have found the following percentages to hold pretty true:
Discovery = 5% Requirements = 20% Design = 40% Construction = 30% Unknown issues and complications = 5% Saving Changes...
